After a five-day trial in March 2022, in United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, at Knoxville, GETC attorneys C.J. Gideon, Jr. and Blake Carter obtained a unanimous verdict in favor of their client, an Oak Ridge based Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist, and his group. The jury unanimously held the defendant did not deviate from the recognized standard of acceptable professional practice in management of a symptomatic Zenker’s Diverticulum.
