After a six day jury trial in Nashville, GCE attorneys Bryan Essary and Alan Bean obtained a unanimous verdict in favor of their client, a Nashville based surgeon.  The Plaintiff alleged delayed diagnosis of breast cancer, and sought damages for mental anguish and an alleged “lost opportunity to survive.”  The jury unanimously found for GCE’s client, and determined that the surgeon met the applicable standard of care.
