On October 24, 2014, the Circuit Court for Davidson County granted our client, a local hospital, summary judgment and dismissed the case against the hospital.  The Plaintiff claimed the hospital was responsible for her slip and fall at the hospital.  The judge dismissed the Plaintiff’s complaint on all claims.  Bryan Essary and Blake Carter represented the hospital.
