After a three-day trial in November 2023, in Madison County Circuit Court of Tennessee, in Jackson, GETC attorneys Chris Tardio and Blake Carter obtained a unanimous verdict in favor of their client, a General Surgeon formerly with Regional Surgical Associates. The jury unanimously found for the defense on all claims.
