After a five-day wrongful death jury trial in Putnam County, TN, GETC attorneys Chris Tardio and Randa Gibson obtained a unanimous verdict in favor of their client, a Cookeville OB. The Plaintiff parents alleged that GETC’s client failed to timely deliver the baby, and sought damages for her death. The jury unanimously found for GETC’s client, finding that the obstetrician met the applicable standard of care in his management of the mother’s labor and the delivery of the baby.
