After a successful motion to exclude substantive testimony by a nurse practitioner “expert” retained by the Department of Health, Attorneys C. J. Gideon, Jr. and Victor Allison obtained a voluntary dismissal of a 91- paragraph notice of charges against a Tennessee nurse practitioner charged with improper prescribing days in advance of the hearing before the Board of Nursing.
