On July 25, 2014, the Circuit Court for Robertson County granted our client, a licensed physician, summary judgment and dismissed the case. The Plaintiff alleged inappropriate conduct by the physician during a routine medical examination.  The judge dismissed the Plaintiff’s complaint on all claims. Bryan Essary and Chris Tardio represented the physician.
