Chris Vrettos presented a webinar to the Professional Negligence and Healthcare Section of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.  The webinar, titled “Year End Review of Medical Malpractice Cases,” focused on 2015 court opinions impacting healthcare liability actions in Tennessee.  A portion of the webinar addressed health care liability statutory updates, as well as developments concerning defense attorneys’ ability to meet with treating health care providers in health care liability actions.  Mr. Vrettos is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the TDLA’s Professional Negligence and Healthcare Section.
