After a six-day trial in July 2023, in Putnam County Circuit Court of Tennessee, in Cookeville, GETC attorneys Chris Tardio and Madison Wait obtained a unanimous verdict in favor of their client, a Nurse Practitioner formerly with Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The Court granted a directed verdict for the co-defendant physician, also a GETC client. The jury unanimously found for the defense on all claims.
