GETC Notches Success in Administrative Matters

GETC continues its active practice of health care providers in Board investigations and Board disciplinary actions (among other administrative actions). In the past several months, Chris Tardio has successfully closed two Board investigations – one for a dentist related to a licensure issue with his assistant and one for a physician related to an underlying malpractice case – with no discipline. He also conducted a contested case hearing for a Nashville physician and achieved a favorable result, keeping the physician’s license. Lastly, he won a contested hearing for a nurse after a positive drug test, a decision that was upheld on rehearing. Mr. Tardio and his partners regularly represent health care providers in Board matters and other administrative disputes.
